Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on registry.plc.asia you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Registry Plc allocates subdomains under .plc.asia and provides DNS management for them. Each account may hold up to two active names.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use a .plc.asia name for phishing, malware distribution, spam, impersonation, or any unlawful activity. Names that impersonate brands or public institutions may be suspended.

5. Registration term and renewal

Names are allocated for one year from the activation date. Renewal is required before the expiry date; unrenewed names may be suspended and later released.

6. Payments

Renewal fees are shown at checkout in BDT or USD. Manual payments are verified by our team before a renewal is applied. Fees already used are non-refundable.

7. Suspension and release

We may suspend or release a name that violates these terms, is reserved, or remains unpaid after expiry.

8. Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep DNS resolution reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Registry Plc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
