1. Information we collect

We collect the email address and display name you provide at signup, the subdomains you claim, the DNS records you create, payment references you submit, and basic security logs.

2. How we use information

Your data is used to operate your account, publish your DNS records, verify payments, prevent abuse, and send transactional email such as verification codes and renewal notices.

3. Email

Verification and account emails are sent through our own configured mail server. We do not sell your email address or use it for third-party marketing.

4. DNS data is public

DNS records you publish are, by nature, publicly resolvable on the internet. Do not place private information inside DNS records.

5. Third parties

We use Cloudflare to serve DNS for the plc.asia zone and Supabase for database, authentication, and storage. These providers process data on our behalf.

6. Retention

Account and registration data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and abuse-prevention purposes.

7. Your choices

You can update your profile, delete your names, or request account deletion by contacting us. Deleting a name removes its DNS records from the zone.

8. Security

Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider, secrets are encrypted at rest, and administrative actions are logged.
